What happens to the Ravens' player props without Lamar Jackson?

Quick answer

In the five regular-season games the Ravens played without Lamar Jackson since the start of 2025, Derrick Henry carried 24.0 times a game against 17.6 with Jackson and ran for 100 yards in three of the five. Zay Flowers drew slightly more targets, 7.6 against 6.9, but averaged 52.8 receiving yards against 84.5. Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman barely moved. Five games is a small sample.

Lamar Jackson has been ruled out of Baltimore’s game at Cleveland on Sunday, October 18, 2026 (head coach Jesse Minter, Friday). The question for anyone reading Ravens props this weekend is what the offence looked like the last times he did not play. Our NFL game logs hold five such regular-season games since the start of 2025, and the pattern is clear on the run game and mixed in the passing game.

The comparison group is the 17 regular-season games Jackson played over the same stretch, through October 4, 2026. A game counts as with Jackson when he played at least a fifth of the snaps, which includes the October 4 game at Tennessee, where he was hurt partway through and played 52% of the snaps. He played 47% or more in all 17.

Derrick Henry: more carries

Henry, per gameWith Jackson (17)Without Jackson (5)
Carries17.624.0
Rushing yards89.8108.8
Median rushing yards89102
Games with 20+ carries7 of 174 of 5
Games with 100+ rushing yards7 of 173 of 5
Rushing touchdowns0.91.4

The workload change is the most consistent thing in the five games: four of them reached 20 carries. The yardage is less tidy. The Green Bay game, 36 carries for 216 yards and four touchdowns, pulls the average up, and the median of 102 yards is the steadier read. Four of his seven touchdowns in these games came in that one afternoon.

Zay Flowers: more targets, fewer yards

Flowers was targeted 7.6 times a game without Jackson against 6.9 with him (16 games; he missed one), and caught 6.0 passes against 5.1. His receiving yards went the other way, to 52.8 a game from 84.5, with a high of 72. The whole passing game shrank in the same games, to 162.6 yards a game from 217.4, so his catches went for fewer yards each.

Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman: little change

Andrews averaged 27.2 receiving yards in both groups of games, on 4.4 targets without Jackson and 4.6 with him. Bateman’s average barely moved (25.6 without, 25.3 in the 13 games he played with Jackson), but his median without Jackson was 8 yards: his 62-yard game against Atlanta on October 11, 2026 carries the average.

What this can and cannot tell you

Five games is a small sample, spread over two seasons and five opponents, with two different quarterbacks starting. It describes what the Ravens’ players did the last times Jackson sat; it does not adjust for the defences they faced and it says nothing about Sunday’s prices. Cause unknown: the extra carries could reflect the game plan, the score or the opponent, and five games cannot separate those.

Read it as the question to bring to Sunday’s lines: does the number on Henry’s carries or rushing yards already reflect a heavier workload, and does Flowers’ receiving yards line reflect a smaller passing game?

Where to find these

When the Ravens’ game is on the Lab board, open Henry’s rushing yards page for his game log with carries beside every result, or Flowers’ receiving yards page for targets and catches beside his yards. Andrews, Bateman and Huntley have pages too. For how to read a rushing yards line from carries, see what stats matter for NFL rushing yards props.

Quick answers

How many carries does Derrick Henry get without Lamar Jackson?

24.0 a game in the five regular-season games the Ravens played without Jackson since the start of 2025 (15, 24, 21, 36 and 24), against 17.6 in the 17 games Jackson played. Henry reached 20 carries in four of the five, and in 7 of the 17 with Jackson.

Does Zay Flowers get more targets without Lamar Jackson?

Slightly: 7.6 targets a game against 6.9. His receiving yards fell, to 52.8 a game from 84.5, and he did not reach 75 yards in any of the five games. The Ravens' passing yards fell to 162.6 a game from 217.4 in the same split.

What about Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman?

Little changed. Andrews averaged 27.2 receiving yards in both groups of games. Bateman averaged 25.6 without Jackson and 25.3 with him, though his median without Jackson was 8 yards: one 62-yard game on October 11, 2026 lifts the average.

Who played quarterback in those games?

Cooper Rush started two of the 2025 games and Tyler Huntley the other three, including the only 2026 game, on October 11 against Atlanta. In the October 12, 2025 game against the Rams both played.

Does this tell me what will happen on Sunday?

No. Five games against five different opponents is a small, descriptive sample, and it says nothing about the prices. It shows what the workload looked like the last times Jackson did not play, which is a starting point for reading Sunday's lines, not a forecast.
